It all went extremely well. The Provider showed up exactly on time, was pleasant but professional, and listened carefully to my instructions. He went immediately to work, taking measures to prevent the resulting dust from entering the other parts of my condo. He didn't even break for lunch! He was there from 10:30 am to almost 6 pm. He took pains to protect my other floors from being marked up by equipment, and wore protective slippers on his shoes. He was most respectful of my property. When the work was done, I was quite happy with the results! The floor looks like it was just laid ten minutes ago. It is very beautiful and I am proud of it. I am so glad I discovered this company! I gave the Provider and excellent rating on everything except the price of the work, which I consider to be "fair" only because I didn't shop around for other bids. My whole condo is ceramic tile. The grout was so dirty, my home just never felt clean. I knew I couldn't afford a new floor of any kind so when I was researching ideas, I clicked on Sir Grout. My grout was so dirty and discolored, my home didn't ever feel completely clean. I didn't even know there was such a service as Sir Grout provides. I happened to stumble on their site by accident when researching how to clean grout. Every room in my condo is stone tile so there was no place to hide. Greg explained the process thoroughly and showed examples of the grout colors. I was so excited that I could actually be able to feel comfortable in my home again but was sure I couldn't afford such a big endeavor. Greg worked with my budget and limitations and worked out a more than fair price. The job took one entire day. There was not even a break for lunch. Greg was there bright and early to check things out and help move furniture. It's been 3 months now and I am still ecstatic. My floors remain looking brand new and clean up with water is all that's been needed so far.

From start to finish, the Sir Grout representatives were very punctual, professional and thorough. We removed our existing shower enclosure and they came in and completely prepared all the surfaces for the new enclosure installation. They also steam-cleaned, re-grouted and re-caulked the remaining tile areas of our bathroom. This included sealing all the grout and applying a protective coating on all the tile surfaces. They were very considerate of our home to ensure they didn't leave a mess. They also fixed the surface of a portion of our granite kitchen counter top after another contractor failed numerous times. They also polished and sealed the entire counter top
